Residential new construction cleaning in the Bitterroot Valley
Final cleans for custom homes, spec homes, additions and remodels in Hamilton, Stevensville, Missoula and every town between. We hand the builder a home the owner can move into that afternoon.
Every room, every cabinet, every window track.
Kitchens & baths
Cabinet interiors and drawers, appliance film and stickers, grout haze, silicone smears, fixture polish, tile and sealed-stone care.
Windows & glass
Interior and exterior panes, tracks, screens and frames. Label adhesive, paint overspray and stucco splatter removed without scratching low-E coatings.
Floors
Hardwood, LVP, tile and polished concrete. Drywall dust lifted rather than pushed; new finishes cleaned with the manufacturer's products only.
Dust removal
Door tops, trim ledges, light fixtures, ceiling fans, closet shelving, register covers and HVAC returns, where construction dust hides and resettles.
Garage, decks & entries
Swept and washed garage slabs, deck boards, porches and entry stone so the first impression at the front door matches the inside.
The flag list
Blue tape and a numbered sheet for every chip, scratch, missed touch-up or loose piece we find. Delivered to the builder before the homeowner walkthrough.
Limestone, copper and the materials that punish a careless cleaner
A custom home in the Bitterroot often carries finishes that an ordinary cleaning crew will etch, scratch or strip on the first pass. We have cleaned them for twenty years and keep the right product for each one on the truck.

Residential construction cleaning FAQ
When should the final clean happen?
After the last trade leaves and before the homeowner walkthrough. We also recommend a rough clean after drywall sanding and a touch-up clean after punch-list work, so finishes are protected and the house is clean on the day it has to be.
How much does post-construction cleaning cost in Montana?
Pricing is by square footage, finish level and phase. Most residential final cleans in the Bitterroot Valley fall between $0.35 and $0.75 per square foot, with rough cleans and touch-ups priced lower. We quote in writing after a site walk, and the quote is the price.
Do you clean windows inside and out?
Yes, including tracks, screens and manufacturer sticker removal. Second-story exteriors are included wherever there is safe access from the ground or a deck.
What areas do you serve?
The entire Bitterroot Valley from Lolo to Darby, plus Missoula. Projects further out in Western Montana are quoted case by case.
Are you insured?
Yes. Kleen Sweep carries general liability coverage and a certificate of insurance is available for your builder's file on request.
Can you work around our trades?
That is most of what scheduling a final clean is. We coordinate with your superintendent, come back for touch-ups after punch-list work, and never ask the trades to work around us.
Closing on a new home soon?
Send the address and handover date. We will have a quote back within two business days. Or call (406) 240-0033.
