Commercial construction cleaning for Western Montana contractors
Phased post-construction cleaning for offices, laboratories, medical, retail, schools and multi-family. We work to your schedule, your safety plan and your inspection dates.
Built for the general contractor's schedule
Rough clean
Debris removal, floor scrape and vacuum, protection film check. Before ceilings close and finish trades start.
Final clean
Ceilings to floors: light lenses, diffusers, ductwork exteriors, glazing, casework interiors, restrooms, floor finish prep and machine scrub.
Punch-list & turnover
Re-clean after inspections and punch-list trades, then a documented turnover walk with our flag sheet.
BSL-4 laboratory space at NIH Rocky Mountain Laboratories, Hamilton
Kleen Sweep performed post-construction cleaning of Biosafety Level 4 laboratory space on the National Institutes of Health's Rocky Mountain Laboratories campus in Hamilton, Montana. High-containment lab space is turned over to a standard most buildings never see: every surface sealed, every residue gone, nothing left behind that could interfere with commissioning.
- Federal campus security, badging and escort requirements
- Lab casework, sealed flooring, wall and ceiling systems cleaned to commissioning standard
- Documented products and procedures, coordinated with the general contractor's inspection schedule
We show up when the schedule says, and we leave a list.
- Flag sheet on every turnover. Scratched glazing, chipped casework, missed caulk, damaged ceiling tile: taped, numbered and reported before the owner's walk.
- Safety plan compliance. PPE, SDS binders for every product on site, and a crew that has worked under GC safety programs for two decades.
- Crew continuity. The same lead on your project from rough clean to turnover.
- Insurance and documentation ready for your submittal package.
